Executive Chef at Allegria Ristorante Italiano

Salvatore D'Aprano grew up in a small village in Italy, where his childhood was enveloped by the rhythm of the seasons, the produce off the land and the bounty from the sea to bring to the kitchen. Chef Salvatore's cooking pays tribute to Old World Italian cuisine while bringing to it a North American touch.
